No nurses are named individually. Their names are currently unknown to me and their signatures were illegible.
As to the radiologists, it is likely that some of them will be dropped from the lawsuit. I am not sure which ones since some of the reports from the X-rays done during JA's hospitalization were not included in the medical records I requested and received more than a month after JA's death.)
